Abstract
Please use this template for your abstract. To make organisation easier, we use EasyChair for submission of abstracts. To do so, please follow this link. If necessary, please create an account with EasyChair and upload your abstract. Please also indicate if you want to present as a poster or in an oral presentation. Conference fee
The conference fee is 120 EUR, with a reduced fee for students (70 EUR). It covers material costs, the conference dinner and the snacks during the coffee breaks. Lunch is not included. We will inform you soon about the payment process.
In case of late payment (after February 1, 2017) conference fees will be raised to 170 and 100 EUR respectively. A free cancellation is possible until February 15, 2017, afterwards a cancellation fee of 100% of the conference fee will be charged. If you are registered, but cannot participate in person, it is possible to send a substitute.
